The Missoula Building Industry Association is comprised of Builder and Associate members who all have a stake in the industry that sustains us all. We are dedicated to supporting, strengthing and promoting the importance of the job we do. Homeownership is the American dream and directly affects the economic health and growth of our community.
Our members have the ability to network, share ideas, collaborate on the issues, and have direct access to other members that include subcontractors, lending institutions, title agencies, real estate professionals, material suppliers, remodelers, contractors, advertisers, accountants, insurance companies and many more. We promote doing business with a member.
When you join the MBIA, your dues also include membership into the Montana Building Industry Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Together we have successfully lobbied to protect your rights and sustain housing growth and legislation impacting construction.
MBIA members who have insurance provided throught the Montana State Fund have the ability to join the Group Rewards Insurance Program (GRIP), which has saved participating members more than 5.5 million dollars in the past twelve years.
