| Three Memberships
in One Joining your local association gives you and your business access
to a tremendous amount of information, activities, and services. A membership
with your local association automatically provides you with a membership
in the Montana Building Industry Association and the National Association
of Home Builders (NAHB). It also buys you representation on building trade
issues in local, state, national levels. |
Networking

a general membership meeting held every third Wednesday of the month. This
meeting provides you with an opportunity to network with other industry
professionals and offers presentations on current issues. We also provide
a monthly newsletter, The Plumbline, to keep our membership informed and
connected. |
GRIP

| The Group
Retro Insurance Program (GRIP) at the State Fund is one of the major advantages
to membership. Members are eligible for a premium refund at the end of the
year if premium paid is to the State Fund is more than the group’s claim
costs. You could save up to 15-20% on workers’ compensation insurance costs.
On particularly good years for the group the premium return can be significantly
higher. |
